Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or using the ph656 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the ph656 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
2.2 Identity Verification. ph656 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility. The ph656 Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. ph656 assumes no liability for any breach of such laws by individual players.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one active ph656 Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through a third party, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering for a ph656 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph656 login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ph656 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your ph656 Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph656 customer support immediately at [email protected]. ph656 will investigate and take appropriate security action as soon as reasonably practicable.
3.4 Account Ownership. ph656 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph656 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven payment outlets, subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits as published on the Platform from time to time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. ph656 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to players.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the ph656 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be subject to the prevailing conversion rate at the time of processing.
4.4 Funds Security. Deposited funds are held in designated payment accounts separate from ph656's operational funds. ph656 does not use player deposits for operational purposes.
4.5 No Deposits from Third Parties. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed, and the associated ph656 Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to verified players who have satisfied all applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requirements. ph656 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. ph656 may at its discretion process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment channel.
5.3 Processing Time. ph656 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Crypto withdrawals (USDT) are processed within two (2) hours.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.5 Wagering of Deposited Funds. ph656 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal, as an anti-money laundering (AML) measure. This requirement does not apply to the return of unplayed deposits in accounts that have never completed a wager.
6.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph656 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount and will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph656 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or systematically exploiting promotional offers.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time. Attempting to activate multiple concurrent bonuses may result in the cancellation of all associated bonus balances.
7.1 Fair Play. All games on the ph656 Platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer operations, which are regularly audited for fairness. ph656 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, ph656 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's Wallet. No liability will attach to ph656 for interrupted gameplay caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to player-side internet connectivity issues.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. All wagers are subject to acceptance by ph656. ph656 reserves the right to reject or limit any wager without providing a reason, particularly in cases where irregular betting patterns are detected.
7.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets will be settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA for basketball, UFC for MMA). ph656 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or delay settlement where the integrity of an event is in question.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the ph656 Platform:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities.
9.1 Player Protection Commitment. ph656 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools within every player's Account settings to help manage gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting ph656 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, ph656 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform or receiving promotional materials.
9.3 Minor Protection. ph656 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If you are aware that a minor may be accessing your ph656 Account, you must notify ph656 support immediately and consider using parental control software on shared devices.
9.4 PAGCOR Compliance. ph656 operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. Players are encouraged to review PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources through official government channels.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the ph656 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, and audio-visual content — is the proprietary property of ph656 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. ph656 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily provide to ph656 may be used by ph656 without restriction or compensation to you.
11.1 No Warranty. The ph656 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph656's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Consequential Loss. ph656 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.1 Termination by ph656. ph656 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason in ph656's reasonable discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
12.2 Termination by Player. Players may request closure of their ph656 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph656 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
ph656 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the ph656 Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
